Here is a list of formal courses offered within the School of Biological Sciences, Monash University

This unit is designed primarily for honours students. It covers the following topics

Regression (simple, multiple, non-linear, logistic)
Anova (single factor, factorial, nested, randomized block, repeated measures, split-plot)
Frequency analysis (continguency tables, log-linear modelling)
Multivariate analysis (PCA, MDS, Anosim, Autocorrelation, Cluster analysis)
Power analysis
All of the above topics are covered in a practical context with real biological data sets
The course also centers heavily around the use of the R programming and Graphical environment
The course also provides an introduction to graphing within the R programming and Graphical environment
