The available poster boards have the size 1.20 m (height) x 1.50 m (width) -- a standard A0 poster can be accomodated both in the portrait and in the landscape orientation.
Abstracts should be sent using the LaTeX template below as an email attachment to fluidstructureprato2012@googlemail.com.

Conference registration includes access to all technical sessions, the program and abstract booklets, reception during the poster session, lunches and coffee breaks.
The conference dinner will be at the magnificently located Villa Artimino, which is 40 mins out of Prato. Conference dinner tickets can be purchased at AUD $110 per ticket. Additional tickets at this price are available for accompanying persons.
Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or bank transfer.

Registrations made after the close of the early bird registration period will incur an extra fee of AUD $100 for each of the categories above. Please note that while the conference account is being maintained for operational reasons in Australian dollars, the conference expences are largely in Euros. In the event of a significant change in the exchange rate between these currencies, we reserve the right to change the registration fees at short notice.

Cancellations received in writing (to the conference organizers) by October 15, 2012 will be subject to a $30 (AUD) administrative charge. No refunds will be granted after that date.
