Registration
Registration procedure:

Please send Burkhard Duenweg an email expressing your interest in registering. We will then get back to you and let you know if your registration request has been accepted (please be aware that the number of delegates at the meeting will be limited to a maximum of 80). If accepted, please register and pay the fee (if applicable). Details of the payment procedure are given below. For those that need to pay, note that your registration will be valid only after receipt of payment. Applicants will be notified upon successful registration. Note that it is also possible to express interest via the workshop's CECAM web site and following instructions on the page linked to the tab "Apply".

Conference registration includes access to all technical sessions, the program and abstract booklets, a wine tasting tour and dinner, and lunches and coffee breaks during the meeting.

Student registration is free for the first 25 students, after which the full fee will be charged. For their conference fee to be waived, students should provide some proof of their status (for instance, through an e-mail by their supervisor to Burkhard Duenweg, or by reference to an appropriate web page, and so on).

Payment procedure:

The conference fees are managed via an account at Monash University. Payment will only be accepted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

As noted above, applicants are requested to contact the organisers before payment. The organisers reserve the right to reject applicants if considered unsuitable. Payments made without seeking organisers' approval may be forfeited.

Abstract submission

Abstracts should be sent using the LaTeX template below as an email attachment to Burkhard Duenweg.

Oral contributions by delegates other than invited speakers will be limited in number. Please specify if you would like to be considered for an oral presentation or a poster. Submission of oral and poster abstracts will only be considered after successful registration and payment.

The available poster boards have the size 1.20 m (height) x 1.50 m (width) -- a standard A0 poster can be accomodated both in the portrait and in the landscape orientation.
