CECAM workshop - registration

Registration and abstract submission

Registration procedure:

Please go to the workshop's CECAM web site and register using the tab "Apply". The system will then inform us of your interest. For all subsequent communications, please use the e-mail address hydrofluctprato2016@gmail.com. We will then get back to you and let you know if your registration request has been accepted (please be aware that the number of delegates at the meeting will be limited to a maximum of 60). If accepted, please pay the registration fee (if applicable). Details of the payment procedure are given below. For those that need to pay, note that your registration will be valid only after receipt of payment. Applicants will be notified upon successful registration.

For their conference fee to be waived, students should provide some proof of their status (for instance, through an e-mail by their supervisor to hydrofluctprato2016@gmail.com, or by reference to an appropriate web page, and so on).

Payment procedure:

Delegates who wish to pay via wire transfer to a bank account need to pay in Euros (€), while those wishing to pay by credit card need to pay in Australian dollars (AUD).

Please note, "Verwendungszweck" is purpose of payment. It is very important that all these data (in particular the last item!) are stated correctly, otherwise your payment has a high risk of getting lost in cyberspace!

Payment by credit card:

Detailed instructions for payment via credit card will be provided to participants once their application to attend the meeting has been accepted. This is to avoid spam registrations from stolen credit cards.

Abstract submission:

Abstract submissions must be made via the workshop's CECAM web site. Oral contributions are by invitation only. Submission of poster abstracts will only be possible after successful registration and payment (which is due at the latest by 15 January 2016).
