On this page, I've collected an assortment of useful resources for understanding, developing and running Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics codes.
Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics and Magnetohydrodynamics is a pedagogical review and introduction to Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics and Magnetohydrodynamics I have written for J. Comp. Phys. It is based on some lectures I gave at the ASTROSIM summer school in Torun, Poland, and coincides with the release of the NDSPMHD code.
Associated with the publication of "Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics and Magnetohydrodynamics" in J. Comp. Phys., I have made my "development" SPH code, NDSPMHD, public.
SPLASH is a publicly available visualisation tool for SPH I have developed over a number of years, and can be used to read, convert and visualise ndspmhd dump files.
