Following is a list of R manuals that I have developed to perform various tasks in R (and Rcmdr). They may be freely downloaded and used.

This is a collection of manuals developed primarily for BIO3011 and BIO4200 use.
- Rmanual_paper.pdf - this is a copy of the R/Rcmdr manual optimized for printed copies
- Rmanual_screen.pdf - this is a copy of the R/Rcmdr manual optimized for viewing on-screen
- Rmanual_screen.swf - this is a copy of the R/Rcmdr manual in flash format
- Rmanual.pdf - this is a copy of the R manual optimized for printed copies
