%X "Assuming a widely believed hyp. concerning the least prime in an arith.
progression, we show that polynomials of degree less than n over a finite
field F_q with q elts can be multiplied in time O(n log q log(n log q))
uniformly in q. Under the same hyp., we show how to multiply two n-bit ints.
in time O(n log n); this alg. is somewhat simpler than the unconditional
alg. from the companion paper. Our results hold in the Turing m/c model with
a finite # of tapes."

gestural stage prior to the emergence of speech. In support of a transition
of human language from a gestural to a vocal system, articulation of the

sympathetic mouth actions in imitative synchrony with manual actions.
