Professor Stuart Karabenick is collaborating on and supporting the longitudinal aspects of two of our USA samples, once participants have completed their teaching qualification.
He has published widely in the areas of motivation and self-regulated learning, social aspects of self-regulation, culture and epistemology-related beliefs.
His current projects focus on help seeking in academic settings, achievement goals and learning, culture and learning, conceptual change, epistemic authority, motivation-related outcomes in math and science education, religion and motivation, and effects of standardized testing on motivation.
