Notes: As cpd. initial most often a Multiple (Mult.) prefix with verbs, translatable all (referring to intransitive subject, transitive object, occasionally others, and almost always nonhuman) or all over, in several places ; such exx. are listed in the entries for the roots. Sometimes translatable as heap as cpd. initial. Form usually -w1arra-, but there are a few exx. of -w1arraG-, showing hardening of following consonant (see =w2a`a-, =w1aya-, =w1urya-). NCder-garra heap, pile (of things)- Can also be used occasionally as an emphatic Pl. prefix with nouns designating broad flora-fauna categories: arra-ngujija lots of/all kinds of fish , with noun-class prefix anaa- rra-ngujija (see also ma`ngarr).
