Drumettes or Chicken Fillets, Eleanor Style

Marinate:

  • 500g drumettes (slitted) or fillets cut into strips
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • sprinkles of cinnamon
  • sprinkles of turmeric
  • 3/4 tsp cumin
  • 3/4 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp fennel
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tblsp soy sauce

Mix it all up (with Indian accent) & leave 30 min (fridge for longer if possible).

In the meantime in between time fry 1 chopped onion as usual (ie in a frying pan) for a few minutes only

Add strips or drumettes & fry on med-high till garing (crispy), then stop, otherwise fire.

Finish and eat lah
