Drumettes or Chicken Fillets, Eleanor Style

Marinate:

Mix it all up (with Indian accent) & leave 30 min (fridge for longer if possible).

In the meantime in between time fry 1 chopped onion as usual (ie in a frying pan) for a few minutes only

Add strips or drumettes & fry on med-high till garing (crispy), then stop, otherwise fire.
