Do Dol -Black rice cake


Mix all together, then add 1 tin No Frills/plain brand coconut milk (not too thick/rich)

Put in microwave with lid for 6 min

Remove add 1 tsp margarine, half cup almond flakes or slivers (toasted pref), stir & return to microwave oven for 3-6 more minutes until quite thick.

Pour & pat into a pre-greased dish with sides ie square casserole dish

Sprinkle with almonds and allow to cool, then slice & refrigerate.
