Travel

The City campus of RMIT University is located in the Melbourne Central Business District between LaTrobe, Elizabeth, Queensberry and Russell streets, diagonally opposite Melbourne Central Station. The majority of suburban trains service Melbourne Central station and most trams travel along Swanston street which intersects the heart of the campus. While car parking is not available on the city campus, numerous private car parks offer parking facilities in, or close to the city.

Melbourne is also the gateway to Victoria’s premier tourist attractions - the Great Ocean Road, Phillip Island, Wilson’s Promontory and the Grampians are only a few hours drive away from Melbourne.
