Background

Tim is currently working on the STEPS study and FIT-Choice project as a research assistant. Over the past 10 years Tim has worked as an industry consultant delivering national, state and regional labour training research and strategic planning.  Before this, he was an executive in the hospitality industry in Canada. Tim is completing his PhD at Monash University and has a particular interest in tertiary training challenges faced by students, on-the-job training, trade apprenticeship motivators and barriers, and life-long learning needs within occupations.
